Permissions settings - service request template

is there any chance that we can prevent existing technicians to see certain request templates and requests that are created under those service request templates?
For example, I just created new onboarding service request template - I want to limit access to this template, I do not want some technicians to be able to see this template or to be able to create new request using this template but also to not be able to see new requests that are being created using this new template.
