Patch which allows removal of unused modules

Hi,
How do current 12.3.x users get the patch which described in https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/community/topic/attn-version-11-6-customers allows removal of unused modules.
The maximum I can seem to get is 12.3.086 but it states 12.3.090 and above has this feature.
