patch scan discrepancy

Hello,
I have few systems which I tried to scan with DC and it comes with very few (5) MS Office updates, and NO OS updates, but when I ran Windows update, it came up with 37 OS updates.
Its been happening with other systems as well.
I already uploaded the logs!!

Please advise!
