Password Reveal Fail

Hello,

I installed the PMP, and after adding the users and resource, tried to request for the password. The password request workflow works, password checkout is successful, but when trying to view the password by clicking on the **** masking, ther webpage reports an error and no password is shown.

Anybody got any clues as to what the problem is?
