Passthru authentication questions
The instructions show how to target a single domain controller. Can we get ServiceDesk Plus to use an alternate DC for passthrough authentication if a DC is rebooted or temporarily down?
The local intranet zone is an Internet Explorer setting. Does this mean passthrough authentication is only supported in IE? Are there workarounds for Chrome?
