Hi,

Can somebody please explain to me the following (taken from the Outlook addin help file).

"add the contact specific e-mail as a Case to the SupportCenter Plus customer specific cases"

Does this mean I should be able to send ANY email from Outlook into SupportCenter Plus as a case?

If so, it doesn't work!  How do I do this please?  :)
