There is no problem for me to configure incomming mail, but when I tried to
E-mail the requester, it fails.I got Sending notification failed.

I read that the i must turn off authentication in the mailserver, is full of risks
to do this.

I read in the forum that" You can configure your mail server to disable authentication for the mails sent from SD+ server."

Where I can specify this, we are running exchange 2003?
