Outbound mail headers

Hi all,

One of our customers doesn't like the format of the "From:" field in emails from our Servicedesk (a very picky customer!).

The mails are sent out with the "From:" header like:

"accountname - Support" <service.desk@ourdomain.com>

The customer would like us to change the "accountname - Support" part as it conflicts with his internal systems.

Is this possible at all?
