Out office reply

Good afternoon team,

I have a problem on our SupportCenter Plus.

If the contact is away, and he put an acknowledgement mail �out office".

When our technician send him a e-mail with Supportcenter for example: " when the request is closed" a new one request is create into SupportCenter.

How can I do for fix this issue?
