OU creation from CSV import

Hi,

Is it possible to create OUs via use of the CSV import function? I need to replicate the AD structure in one domain to a new one, and I really don't want to do it manually. I'm planning on purchasing the AD Manager Plus Professional version and was wondering if that feature is also included?
