OS detected incorrectly

OS detected incorrectly

Hi Folks

We have several Windows Server 2025 Datacenter VMs. Some are being recognized as Windows Server Datacenter Edition (x64) and not as Windows Server 2025 Datacenter Edition (x64). Therefore, various Windows updates are not being rolled out to these devices.

I have a feeling these are devices that have received an in-place upgrade.

I've already tried uninstalling the agent and removing the device from Desktop Central. Then I reinstalled the agent on the server, with the same result.

Is there any way I can change or adjust this? How does the agent detect the OS version?
