Opmanager Snapshot view

We have configured SNMP in the Fortigate firewalls and Opmanager is collecting CPU and memory information from them. In the snapshot view, the dials for CPU and Memory usage still display 'no data available'. Is there a way to configure these dials so that they display the correct information?
