Not Remembering Settings

I do Scan, it tells me what I need... I log out, or reset machine, and it doesn't remember the settings, I set up a Auto Scan with email settings, and save it, and next thing it has forgot, I've deleted the cookies, etc...

Is there a place to delete? a cache folder? etc?
