No Web Reports, no live data

No Web Reports, no live data

I just checked the packet counts and it shows this:
10.1.1.15 290872 2007-03-22 15:09:25
However, I have no Web Report data. I tried reinitialzing the database yesterday but no change. Also, I have no data for Live Reports. The "Traffic Report" shows some traffic, but almost all is category Unknown (ARP Issue). There's plenty of Web surfing going on!
