No graph CPU Utilization on the Linux Redhat

No graph CPU Utilization on the Linux Redhat

There is no graph CPU Utilization generated when monitoring. Both SNMP Agent from AdventNet and CLI failed the testing.

When I test for Disk and Memory it also passed. What seem to be the problem.
It cannot generate the necessary graph and data.

Please help. thank you..
