We receive the following error when trying to do a manual update:

Loading c:\program files (x86)\DesktopCentral_Agent\\client-data\patch-resources\rocky-patch-scan-data.xml failed.

We also receive this error (Problem while generating patch scan data) on all windows computers, Linux computers don't get this error:
