NFA - Out of Disk Space

Our NFA server has run out of disk space. The server will not start.

Can I delete any or all files in the following directory:
\\server\AdventNet\ME\NetFlow\mysql\data\netflow

Is there anything that I can adjust so that this doesn't happen again ?
