Newly created AD user, Not enrolled user counts not updated

Newly created AD user, Not enrolled user counts not updated

I have created new AD user, but the "Not enrolled user counts" not incremented. Even I use this new ID to enroll, the "Encrolled user counts" no incremented.
Any fix to this?
