new IP addresses

hello support,

i've just changed my Internet provider so i've changed some IP addresses.
Despite all monitors are using a name instead of an IP address, monitors continue to access the old IP addresses.
How can i fix that ?

PS:
i have 60 monitors and about 20 have to be modified.
