• Centralized Technician Audit – View audit logs for all customers without switching portals.

• Standard to MSSP License Conversion – Standard accounts on a trial or free plan can now be upgraded to MSSP.

• Customer Portal MFA – Add an extra layer of security with multi-factor authentication for portal logins.

• Terminology Update – “Clients” are now called “Customers” throughout the platform.
