NetFlow start problem

Hi

I just install ManageEngine_NetFlowAnalyzer_9600.bin on centos 6.2
The install success but when start the service with the ./run.sh
I get this error

First time service startup takes longer time than usual
Server is starting. This may take a couple of minutes ...
This evaluation copy is valid for 29 days
Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details
