Netflow Analyzer 5 wont recognize router

I have setup a cisco 2811 router to send netflow exports to the analyzer but the analyzer doesn't list the router. I used a packet sniffer to verify that the machine is receiving the packets on the correct port but the software still says "No Router is currently exporting NetFlow packets to NetFlow Analyzer."
