National signs

Hi,

I've successfully upgrade my SDP to version 7.5 in lab enviroment.
I have some trouble :
In my language we use key combination
rightalt+ e
rightalt+ l
rightalt+ z
but in new request at descritpion this combination of keys is used for text justifiaction.

How can I switch this hot keys off ?
or
How can I change default editor layout from rtf to html source ??
