MySQL connection info.

Hi does anyone know how I can connect using the mysql Administrator..
info needed is

server host...? I have tried the ip
username...?? I have tried - root
password...?? I have tried this blank

I am using servicedesk plus V 6.0.0
build number : 6012

any help would be appreciated..
