Good Morning

My Font buttons are showing up as squares after a failed update from version 13.0 Build 13002 to 13.0 Build 13008.  Ended up having to do a fresh re-install of 13.0 Build 13002 until we can get help from ManageEngine.  I do have a ticket open for that and am waiting for a response.  Has anyone had this issue before and can point me in the correct direction on how to fix it?  Please see below screen shot.
