MSP can't upgrade from 8.1.0.6 to 8.2.0.1

MSP can't upgrade from 8.1.0.6 to 8.2.0.1

am having problem upgrading from  8.1.0.6 to 8.2.0.1, at 98% it say un-installation not support......please i need help.
