Moving sub-category under different category

Moving sub-category under different category

I'm pretty sure this type administration isn't available from Service Desk interface but I was wondering if I could manually (SQL Server) move a sub-category underneath a different category?

Has anybody ever had to do this? Does SD have any nice little utility programs or SQL Update scripts that would help us preform this?
