Move OpManager to new server

Hi,

The current OpManager on Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2, SQL Express 2005 & Op10.

I've setup a new server Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, SQL Express 2014, Op11 (i setup this before going through your guide..)

May I know can i still follow the backup & restore guide now?

Is there any other way for me to migrate the data in the old Op to the new Op?
