Monitor VOIP Traffics

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to monitor the amount of VOIP traffics in a router? I have IP GRoup defined to capture the following ports but I think I'm still missing something;

Port: 5060 Protocol: UDP
Port: 1719-1721 Protocol: UDP / TCP

Please help.
