This error message appears when performing a password change or modifying properties on a single user.

Error Code - 800704c3 : Error While accessing User in Setting Account Properties,Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.
