Having used ERP for a few days now I have been looked at the messages by sender section. From what I can see this seems to have been named wrong. What it actually shows is the number of recipients that a person has sent emails to. So if they send one message to 500 people it shows that they have sent 500 messages.

 

Although a useful metric it is misleading. I'd like to be able to see the number of individual messages sent as well as number of recipients that have been sent to
