Making MSI files,

Hello

I am having some problems with this,

I click onto browes, and a get a empty box, which i cant go to anywhere?

Any ideas, (i have also installed the helpdesk software, to which i cant click onto any buttons, as nothing happens, so i am thinking it is my server)

Any help will be great
