Mail Fetching Stopped

Hi Guys,

Our Service Desk Plus MSP just out of the blue stopped fetching emails, its been a few days now and i have done everything i could:

Updated the server (windows Updates pending)
Restarted Win Server
Restarted SD Tool

I can login to the mailbox on office 365 (exchange) but the SD+ wont pull any mails...

but nothing ...
