mail fetching problem

Hi After the upgrade to v6 i get the following error when starting mail fetching.

FAILURE :Error occurred while updating MailFetching

Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,172,683,400,266

this is quite urgent as we are not recieving requests from clients
