Can anyone help me Mail Alert not coming from OPM  11500.

As Zoho and Manage Engine team saying that we need to upgrade to 11.6, Duw to month end i cant update the same right now?

Can any one help me till I will update my OPM. Alert was coming till 21st April 2016, after that alert mails not coming, Please help
