Dear support,

I have Device Expert Version 5 installed with about 45 network devices. I have tried to import a user from Active Directory to be able to login to the device expert as an administrator and the operation was successful I also enabled that user to be authenticated through the Active Directory and also the operation was successful. But when I tried to enable single sign on everything goes wrong and I couldn�t login with this user or any other user to the device expert. As a roll back scenario from my old admin session I deleted the Active directory user and disabled AD authentication and single sign on. But this doesn�t fix the problem. So I restarted the server wishing to fix the problem but it doesn�t. now I can�t log in to device expert even with the admin account also I tried the forgot your password option and it asked me for the user name and email address and when I provide them this message appear � Request Failed! Please verify your username / email address � meanwhile it sends me an email with a new password and when I use it give me Invalid User Name / Password also.
