log files

Our server is running low on disk space and the following path is taking up most room:

C:\Program Files\AdventNet\ME\central\logs_archive

Size - 21.4GB.

all files in are text documents, and dated today (20/07/12) and yesterday (19/07/12)

Does anyone know if it is safe to remove any of these files?
