List of AD Groups wrong

Hello

If I edit e.g. the group membership in a user template, the list available groups is incomplete and contains recently deleted groups.
Is there a cache to be refreshed?
If I browse in AD directly everything is fine.
We run built 4300 of ADManager Plus.
