Lincencing

I am evaluating this software and have some questions, hope you can answer me on this:

1. As I can see max offered package is Single Installation License Fee for Fifty Interface Pack, I need 150, do I need buy three of these, or?

2. Are this lincences time unlimited or they expire and must be paid again after some time?
