We're using ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Standard Free Edition and I'm having issue trying to promote users to technician.

My current plan ID is "FP2006522636074" and I can see that it's limited to 10 technician? maybe it's 5 for the free edition,  but anyway I can't have more than 3.
