Layer2 Topology Map giving out "Error!"

Hi,

when we access the Layer2 Topology Map all we get is "error!" on an empty page.

i tried what was suggested here https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/error-msg-while-mapping-layer-2-topology-map

It didn't solve the problem.

I'm using at the moment OpManager v 9101 on top of SQL Server Express.

What can be done to fix this?
