Last remaining questions

Hi All,

Just Finishing our evaluation of ServiceDesk Plus. Just had a few questions.

1./ How can i change the layout of the Change and Problem Creation screens? I would like to remove, and a few fields
2./ Can I modify the Actions Drop down within the request screen? I would like to remove things like Enter resolution.

Any suggestions would be fantastic.
