Keep reporting "Password not in Sync"

I am running PMP 6903 on Linux as PMP server.

It is fine to manage Linux, MySQL without agent.

For managing Windows, docs said I have to install Agent of managed Windows.
I added a Win 2008 to resource successfully, I can remote reset pwd, open RDP in PMP admin page.

However, when I verify password, the "Verify password status" result is "Password not in Sync", while the passwords are correct actually.
What's wrong? It can remote reset pwd successfully....
