When trying to configure the Jira Widget on SDP, after following the steps mentioned on JIRA Custom Widget, we defined the custom service and the connection with the correct name and token.

Although the connection has a green icon, which suggests that there is connectivity to the Jira service with the configured credentials, when we try to create a Jira ticket, there are no projects listed in the projects drop-down list.

When selecting the JIRA tab, there is a quick alert:

 

The config.json used on the widget is the default one. The mapping fields are "Subject", "Description" and "Priority". All these are defined in the ticket used on the test.

We have SDP Enterprise 15.240 running on PGSQL
