Jboss help

Hello,

I've just installed application manager 6 with sp4, on a windows machine and i was trying to monitor jboss on another machine (using an IP), but it says that jboss is down, where as i'm able to access jboss by http://ip:8080 , and when I add the jboss monitor it says it was successfully added, but it shows the resource as down.

can anyone help!?
