Java i586 patch not applicable to 64-bit OSes
My users use 32-bit browsers (Internet Explorer and Firefox) on their Windows 7 Pro 64-bit operating systems. The patch named "
jre-8u65-windows-i586.exe" (Bulletin ID TU-053) returns that it is not applicable to this OS. My users need the 32-bit Java patch for their 32-bit browsers. Is there a way to override the applicability to an OS?
