It have ADSL controller?

Hello,
I'm testing a evaalution version of Applications Manager 8, and I have a question.
I can create a controller to monitoring the ADSL conection? (my ISP have problems and i'm would detect it). I have a lot of IIS servers, MySQL servers, etc, and I create his controllers.
