Iphone mobile app

Hello,

we recently decided to use mobile app for ad manager (both ios and android), we connect on our servers via vpn, i can see all users, but when i try to reset password, app starts to reset, but it takes to long and eventually doesnt reset it.

Anyone had similar problem?
