Every Patch Tuesday brings the same question: Should I deploy this patch now or wait?

Most of us answer that by checking vendor advisories, reading community discussions, looking for early deployment feedback, and if needed, running a pilot deployment. It works, but it also takes time.

That's why we've added Patch Reliability Score to Patch Manager Plus.

Patch Reliability Score gives every patch a reliability score based on real-world deployment telemetry and internet intelligence. The score appears alongside patches awaiting approval, so you have another factor to consider before deciding whether to deploy immediately or validate the patch further.

A higher score suggests the patch has behaved reliably based on the available information. A lower score is a good reason to slow down, validate it with a pilot group, or wait for additional deployment feedback.

The score also changes over time. If new deployment insights become available after a patch is released, the score is updated to reflect those changes, so you're not making decisions based only on what was known on day one.
