Installing Wildcard SSL Cert

Hi - I tried to install our Wildcard SSL cert (pfx) but every time I try, the webpage doesn't load - I followed the instructions on your website ( https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/kb/installing-pfx-certificates-for-ssl.html) but still no luck - I have installed this successfully on our SDP and Desktop Central with no problems. Can you assist?
